We’re going to start by calling out Karen Rose, shown on this page with the recipient (Wanda) of our 40,000th sack lunch circa October 2011.

Far as we can remember, Karen has been with us since 2004 – definitely our longest-tenured volunteer.

She’s been on shopping trips to gather up hundreds of warm winter shirts for the homeless, helps train new volunteers and in 2017 was named President of our Tulsa branch.

Karen, you have a heart of gold, and we cannot thank you enough for 15 years of faithful service to Filling The Void.
